Week 2: Weight lifting x3 (had a fever in the beginning of the week, my immune system is a bit out of practice after this year haha) Week 3: Weight lifting x4, 1 hour snow shoveling x1 (definitely counts! ;) ) Week 4: Weight lifting x4 Journal before bed
14 out of 28 days.
But I think I will have a better success with this from now on! I just got a jade roller which I absolutely LOVE; I already got one as a birthday present for a friend! I use it morning and evening to massage my face, help with puffiness and wrinkles (I'm in my thirties now, I need to think of these things! ;-) ), and work in my face products better. I really see a difference and my face is soo relaxed now. So now when I'm already sitting at my vanity it should be easier to reach for my journal when I'm done! :) Do monthly bookkeeping
Check! I also transferred it all to Google Docs to keep it online instead of on paper. As much as I prefer the paper method, it is so much easier to adjust and fix mistakes in an Excel document. Plus I will save the money on paper and ink. :)

Prepare for the week on Sundays
I realized that even though they are very small things, I usually don't want to do chores on Sundays anymore so I kept procrastinating them to Monday instead. So halfway through the month I started doing them on Friday, including cleaning my desk, and it seems to be working a lot better for me!

We actually had practically a whole day for Valentine's Day!
Food-wise I made crepes and little Nutella-strawberry stacks with heart-topped toothpicks for brunch, my boyfriend made steaks and mashed potatoes for dinner, and later we had chocolate fondue with an assortment of fruit. But the best part was the afternoon where we had a boudoir photoshoot! I had a professional one two years ago so we recreated our favorite photos from my album but also played around with our own ideas. :) It was super fun! Go hiking once a month
The first half of the month was full of snow storms and traffic I didn't want to venture out into, and then we started quarantine for a cabin trip in March with another couple, so it didn't happen this month.

Transfer photos
I decided to start transferring over the best photos every month to my computer! I'm sure you're like me with a million photos on your phone (90% are of the pets in my case lol), with eight duplicates of the same photo so get the perfect angle. . .
So I created a 2021 Photos folder and selected the lucky ones from January and February. Now it will be so easy to look back on the highlights! :)
Highlights like this rascal roughhousing my flowers. She's lucky she's cute. :P
