My monthly accountability post to keep myself on track with my habits and resolutions!

I really need to make a few of these ahead of time so I just have to fill them in, cause I've been slacking! It's one of those things that once I start it takes no time at all to finish, but somehow it takes 2 weeks to get there... But the important thing is that it's done!
Update: I pre-made the one for June! :)

Work out 4 times a week

Week 1: Weight lifting x3, 10k steps x3
Week 2: Weight lifting x2, 10k steps x2 (we took care of a tiny puppy so pretty occupied this week!)
Week 3: Weight lifting x3, 10k steps x4, kayaking x1
Week 4: 
Weight lifting x4, 10k steps x3

Journal before bed

17 out of 30 days.

Do monthly bookkeeping

No. Been too busy gardening and being anxious! Lol.

Plan 1 proper date

Well, we spent 10+ hours in the car to attend a family member's engagement party (and with "attend" I mean "spent 8+ hours cooking and cleaning") so we got a lot of conversation and time together, haha. 

Go hiking once a month

My knee was still troubling me so I rented a kayak instead. It's like hiking but with your arms! ;)

Have monthly therapy sessions

  • May 5th
