Accountability post - September 2021

Watercolor saying Hello September next to green mug
My monthly accountability post to keep myself on track with my habits and resolutions!

This was a great month! We went camping with some friends over Labor Day weekend, spent a few days in Nashville, and discovered that the taco place down the road has live music now on Thursdays!

I've maintained great morning and evening routines, which I'm proud of. It's especially important when I had a really stressful workweek when my coworker was on vacation, that I do my self-care and take the time to get properly ready in the morning even though I'm working from home.

Plan 1 proper date

We drove down to Nashville and had a great little vacation! We spent the days touring the sights and the evenings on Broadway listening to live music. It was amazing, we haven't done that since before the pandemic so I almost cried the first night I was so happy, lol.

Do monthly bookkeeping

Check!

Do monthly and weekly spreads in my bullet journal

Check! I was a few days behind creating the monthly spreads due to vacation, but I find it really beneficial to do the monthly review! Especially my therapy notes, highlights, and accomplishments.

Stay on top of my inbox

After clearing up some unread messages, check!

Go hiking once a month

Not in the way I intend hiking to be (i.e. in the forest), but we did walk 12-18,000 steps a day in Nashville so I'm going to count that!
