A lot of mental health blogs talk about changing your mindset and attitude to get better. And yes, that does have a part of it, but the truth is that it can feel impossible to leave the negative circles your mind goes in by willpower alone. How are you supposed to change the way you think when you can barely get through the day, not to mention out of the bed? We only have so much energy, and when you have depression and anxiety you spend a lot of it on just being a functioning adult. This is why I believe so much in incorporating practical ways and methods to improve your mental health. You need lists and planners telling you exactly what you need to do so you make your life as easy as possible. The mental health planner bundle and what it contains
Why give your already overworked mind more things to remember and be anxious about? I write everything down in my bullet journal so I don't have to worry about forgetting things (which I definitely would otherwise). I even have yearly spreads to write down appointments and events for this and the next year! Not being mentally prepared for things is a huge stressor, which is why I am such a big fan of trackers and planners.
What I like about having a bullet journal is that I can customize them for my needs specifically and change them if I find something that works better. But sometimes it can get overwhelming having to do draw out the pages and make you feel bad and stressed for being behind, which defeats the whole purpose.
This is why I put together all my freebies in one big mental health planner bundle that you can easily print out! It has:
Use them the way it works best for you
You can choose which ones are the most important to use in your life right now and either print them out or upload them to sites like PDFescape and fill them out online, whatever works best for you. Personally I like to have paper to write on, but it will save on paper and clutter to keep them online.
We all need as much help we can get in our search to get better, because why make it harder than it has to be? Accept the help and support people offer you, and don't force yourself to go through this alone. You have a whole community cheering you on. :) Free mental health planner bundle!Daily planner for anxiety, gratitude journal, self-care challenge, workout tracker, and more! You're so welcome, Lindsey! Sometimes it feels too overwhelming just to find things to help with the overwhelm, so it can be helpful to just be handed the tools you need. I'm so happy I could help! :)
